Returns and Exchanges

• We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• If Bobbie’s Pinups made an error (e.g., wrong item, size, color) we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
• We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Repackage Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
3. Ship Your Return: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label if the error was on our part. Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Important Notes:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Bobbie’s Pinups.
